These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fieldwork Response website and communications services. By using the site or requesting services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Fieldwork Response provides lead-recovery and customer-communication systems for home-service businesses. Specific services, timing, fees, and responsibilities may be described in a separate proposal or agreement.

Text-message program

When a person calls our published business number and the call is missed or unanswered, Fieldwork Response may send one immediate customer-care text asking about the requested service and ZIP code. Further messages are sent only as needed to respond to the person’s replies or service inquiry.

• Reply STOP to cancel text messages.

• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse our website or services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, transmit unlawful content, or use our systems in violation of applicable law or carrier requirements.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every call, message, lead, or job will be recovered or delivered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fieldwork Response is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
